MAG Welder

The job requires operating of the MIG / MAG welding machine and grinding. In terms of materials, there are welded mainly 8-25 mm thick black steel. The customer is specialized in the machine building -entire machines or the related steel structures such as frames and boom systems.

The company has around 200 employees, so you will have many experienced mentors to work along and to learn from. The location of the workplace is less than half an hour from Akaa to Tampere and about 1.5 hours to Helsinki. Akaa is charming town with 16,500 inhabitants. In this cozy city you can enjoy friendly atmosphere, plenty of leisure activities, beautiful nature and good public services.

To fit to this position, you need to have proven work experience with MIG/ MAG welding machines and with reading of technical drawings/ welding markings. You know to communicate in English or Polish languages (B1 level at least). You are also working with precion, attention to details and responsibility. Own car is an advantage, because of the location of the factory.

Salary arond 15 €/h gros. plus bonuses. We offer a Finnish work contract, with a full-time employment (minimum 40h / week) and 2 shifts work system. If needed, we can provide accommodation (paid by the employee – cost: 450-500 €/month). We also help with the authorities’ registrations and support with the visits to tax office visits, DVV, or Kela.
